Horrible Management, I agree totally agree with every person who has a complaint with this company. The lady that works the office never answers the phone and lies about sending someone to fix problems. She is really lazy and only sits in the office about 5hrs a day. We reported numerous times about leaks and they never fixed the problem. They would send out a handy man who is clueless about fixing major issues. He can only fix things that you could fix yourself. My kitchen started out with the leaks, under the cabinet the food disposal would leak and we reported it, the handy man only did a temporary repair job. So its a breeding ground for mold, snails and water bugs. The ceiling was leaking and they sent out a professional company finally that cut a hole in the ceiling back in November and the hole remained until we received a notice of eviction because I continued to complain to them about the problems. The water heater was not properly placed and caused leaks and the floor to rot behind the sofa. The water heater finally burst causing water to go all over the place. The coat closet down stairs has water coming inside from the roof when it rains and the bathtub leaked water into the kitchen every time my children take a bath. We tried to give them a chance to repair problems because our children loved their friends in the neighborhood and their schools were good. We were planning on moving out after school was out for the summer anyway once we had time to look for a place in the school zone. Since we made another complaint they decided to evict us and tell us to move out in 30 days. They said we can tell you to leave at anytime when you are on month to month lease and we need you to leave so the owners can fix their property because we not repairing anything else for you in there.
