If you want a bunch of people drinking, barbecuing on your steps - and the smoke in your unit - and dogs without a leash and dog waste everywhere this is your place, also the loud parties every other day .. - in case you wanted to sleep - and don't expect the management office to do anything for you , not even if you don't have hot water or A/C . This was advertised to us as a family friendly community but this is just ghetto and people do whatever they want.
