Other than, ignoring bylaws and making policy, making up board member restrictions that aren't in bylaws, paying to mow an area not owned by the HOA, not mowing an area that is owned by the HOA, encouraging board members to rally around giving away it's property, ignoring Bylaws that require an audit of the greenbelt, providing illegible maps, ignoring board member demands for competing bids on greenbelt maintenance, ignoring Association Maintenance Fencing when policing the neighborhood for weed violations, Not notifying homeowners in advance of previously planned board meetings, refusing to entertain the idea to get bids on lawyers (because ""they all charge about the same"") taking days or weeks to return important calls, ignoring calls, ignoring e-mails, Ignoring approved board meeting minutes when read aloud and asked ""Have those steps have been followed""? (""your interpreting them""), Not providing Board Member training, confusing the difference between Board member prospective candidates and ""acting board members"", inventing insurance restrictions not mentioned in cc&rs, taking months to reply to homeowners who have requested waivers of fees, Rude statements to board members, blase' reactions to waste of Associations funds, they are actually a GREAT Management company more
