This service was great when I had them a few years ago. I was really impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. I hired them a few weeks ago for the same Spring clean and it was not good. Baseboards were missed, ceiling fans were missed. The asked to borrow my vacuum and trash bags and they put a hole in my wall. When I called to request a refund, I was told "we don't work like that"
