We have been using Grand Travel and Cruise since 1996. \r
We just returned from El Dorado Maroma, which is where Jay recommended we go when we said we were craving a pretty beach. After contacting Jay the day before our departure, saying we would love a room upgrade, he contacted the resort and secured us a garden villa. These rooms have execptional ammenities. The best room category at the hotel. We had a private plunge pool and upstairs bedroom. We also had a bottle of our favorite wine chilling, thanks to Jay. It was perfect.\r
This resort was small and quiet with service that is unmatchable. The workers are friendly and will do anything you request. If something is not on the menu, just ask, you will get it. Beach butlers will lay out your towels and bring you drinks, magazines, sunscreen, etc.\r
We will be back here for sure.\r
