Good cabinets, horrible customer service. First they ordered the wrong size cabinets for our kitchen (their bad, not ours). After much fighting they agreed to replace them. So they sent them but wouldn't install. Now, we're stuck installing cabinets based on their mistake. In addition, they let a cabinet get wet and ruined - its being replaced but we have to take apart the cabinet so they can use parts on the new one and we are stuck replacing.\r

Apparently the "discount" in cabinet discounters is customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone again - they were a bit more expensive than the big box but we figured we'd get better service. Not!
