Most definitely the worst place I have ever lived. Don't get sold on the "luxury" part of this complex. The crime is terrible, my apartment was filled with roach droppings coming out of electrical outlets, as well as you'd always find roach poop in your dishes and glasses. The worst part was the response from the leasing manager in regards to noise complaints. In only 5 months I filed 72 written complaints in regards to excessive noise. Each time was told, "he's working on it". There were commonly broken beer and wine bottles in the breezeways, pigeon poop was always covering the entrance, as well as numerous times there were used condoms right outside my door. I broke my lease in order to get out, it was a health hazard as well as a safety hazard to me. The noise was so bad I would commonly go stay in a hotel instead of at home. Would not recommend this location to anyone. You can certainly tell that Pine Hills has infiltrated the community.
