The representative that Flint Audio-Video assigned to work on my computer called me shortly after he began the work. He advised me on what he initially found and what his course of action would be. As he proceeded, he kept me updated via several phone calls because some things had changed after the initial conversation.
I told him that if the repairs exceeded a certain cost, I wouldn't want to do them. He was very respectful and accommodating with my financial constraints. I had worked with them in the past but this was the first time I had left a device with them. Their follow up was great. I was extremely impressed with them. I would definitely recommend and use again.
