The Neat Desk Company is being given a bad reputation for how they treat customers. As a monthly-timely paying customer--the staff from the Neat Desk company went into my bank account and took monies that were not authorized, while still taking payments they were promised every month. Customer service report errors, and they are making the customers pay for it by taking one authorized one-time payment. This is weird! they have not only taken monies without authorization--they have cost me money in late fees and draft. They only say they are sorry, Sorry! Steer clear of this company!
