I take back every word I said on March 16, 2013. Unreliable, unprofessional, have been waiting 4 consecutive weekends for them to come and fix the floor and door frame they burned and to bring the air filter I bought and was measured wrong. Not even a courtesy phone call to tell me they are not coming. Alex, the manager or supervisor, does not return phone calls when he promises to call you back. No one there knows what they are doing or saying. I should have followed my instincts when I read the bad reviews and not contact them but decided to give then the benefit of the doubt. They will still have to hear from me but I know it will give me lots of headaches as they lack customer service after they get your money.
