Brought an expensive Ralph Lauren suit here. First time getting cleaned. I got it back and the metal clasp had been completely destroyed and the fabric shredded. The micro adjuster had been ripped off. They were completely rude and did not take blame or apologize at all. They said the fraying was about 6 months or wear and tear. It was in perfect condition and one month old when I brought it in. The worst attitude. The worst person. It was unbelievable. See you next Tuesday.
