Awful customer service!\r
I have had a terrible experience from leasing my car to the service I received. My lease was written incorrectly and I had to make 2 extra trips to the dealership and they wanted me to sign a new lease at 0 miles when I had already driven the car for a month, which could have put me over an extra month's worth of miles when my lease was over. When I went to get my first oil change I was told it would be $39.99 and it turned out being $95. I was told it was due to the synthetic oil, but all other dealerships I asked about synthetic oil changes said it would be around $50. The customer service is pitiful and no one knows the correct answer to anything you ask them. I will not buy another car here or will I return to the service department.
