The management and office staff here are scum...no wait, that does not sufficiently express the point; they are *SCUM*!!! Lazy, dishonest, lying, rude, contemptuous POSs, almost every one of them. It is a dreadful task just to go to the office to pay rent or call these miscreants on the phone, because they deliberately take pains to make the experience of dealing with them so routinely painful and unpleasant.\r

The property manager disclaims any responsibility to provide a clean, comfortable, safe living experience for those who live here, and essentially flips off anyone who complains about loud, threatening, violent, disturbing, or otherwise harmful behavior by others on the property. The units are poorly constructed and uniformly filthy upon move-in. The roads and entryways are in ridiculously poor condition.\r

On the plus side, the people on the maintenance staff are great; prompt, courteous, extremely helpful, and truly interested in providing a high level of service. During the winter they take great pains to maintain safe traction conditions on the roadways, working until well into the night. The setting is beautiful, with an area of topography and native woods that is difficult to come by. It is simply a crying shame that the place is managed by such a disgusting rabble of low-lifes. Do not rent here unless you wish to be treated continually like a pile of feces.
