I was told by my sister that this was the best place to get nails done, so I thought I would give them a try even though I don't live in Rio Rancho. I drove in from Albuquerque and even had an appointment, but after 40 minutes still waiting. Even people who came in after I did were helped before I was. When I said I wasn't going to wait any longer and started to leave, then all of a sudden someone was able to help me. I told them I would spend my money elsewhere. Obviously my time or money isn't important to them. Their receptionist Bailey is also rude and the way she talks to people is ridiculous. Even if I lived in RIo Rancho, I wouldn't go back there.
