I have been a member since 09 and I wish I never leaped into this so blind. I was told the park would be soon putting in a slide park here its 2013 and all we have is new swing sets and the same old indoor pool which is the best part. Every time we go we are surrounded by geese and they poop everywhere and the pond and beach is full of poop you cant even swim there, and now they are adding a 200.00 assessment levied fee that is not the the once a year dues fee of 375.00 which can be raised by 10% each year what a rip off.
