This dental office committs FRAUD!!! I had one visit and my insurance paid for the visit. I had cleaning done, xrays, and an upper and lower impression done. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks worth of impressions and tweeking to make a new set of dentures. I only had the one visit, again my insurance paid for it and they charged me $560.00 for goods and services that I never received. To make matters worse, they stated that I came in for service for dates that I was never there and charged me for it. I was there for one visit only. This has been a mental and financial nightmare for me. I would absolutely stay as far away from this dental office as possible. Melissa Vinings, the office manager files fraudulent claims and takes advantage of CareCredit to make money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
