I have taken my son here for 8 years and have always had a great customer servive,they are their to help as soon as you walk through the door.I am very thankful that they know what they are talking about with any questions you have about baseball equipment.I have bought 5 bats as my son grows at grand slam and they will tell you all new bats have a manufacturer warranty and you will need to send it to them for replacement.
