Lucy is by far the best waxer not only in town but is the best person I've ever been to. She has been doing my brows for the past 5 years. I attend college out of state and NO ONE else can even compare! Whenever I come home for the holiday breaks Lucy always has to fix them and restore them to the best the can be. Lucy shapes eyebrows impeccably and I am so lost without her!!!!! Love her so much! Made an appointment with her tomorrow at Salon Bella and I cannot wait to see her!
