I had the first pest control appointment this afternoon and was extremely pleased with Randall G, my pest control tech. He was very professional, courteous, personable and offered me good advice to keeping my house pest free. He worked outside the house in the dark!!! then came inside to complete the initial ""clean out"". He told me everything he was going to do. He seems very knowledgeable about all the little ""critters"" including mice which have begun to frequent my kitchen floor cabinets at nite. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I look forward to seeing him every two months.\r
