Went by for the 3rd time this week to get a ""Grey Blend"" and haircut and for the 3rd time I was turned away. The first time, the only person on duty that could do it just went to lunch, the 2nd time she was on her last customer of the day, and today they close at 6 and at 415 she started a highlight and wouldnt have time tonight. As someone in the service industry this is so off putting that i had to review.
