This was the worst experience with a Utah company we've ever had. \r

We called to have someone come take a look at our dishwasher. We were told it would be $75 for a professional servicemen to come out and diagnose the issue. Then, if we decided to have them do the work, it would be a minimum of $108. Sounded reasonable. What we got was a nightmare. \r

The technician, after being rude from the moment he walked in, was unable to diagnose anything adeptly (we've since had a real professional correctly diagnose and fix the issue), snapped on a small part, said he had no idea if that would work, and then asked for $130 in payment. My fiance said absolutely not. He said he'd give him the $75 dollars and that's it. \r

The guy looks at my fiance, who is half black, and said, ""I knew from the moment I saw you you were a crook! I knew you'd try to steal service."" WHHHHAAATTTT????? How did he just ""know"" this? When we called the company to complain, the office manager just kept reading from her script and told us we owed her the money. After I asked to speak with the owner she got increasingly flustered and kept repeating, ""you owe $130 or I'll send this to a collection agency tomorrow."" \r

I will be writing reviews on every site/social media platform so hopefully our fellow Park City dwellers and Utahans everywhere stay away from this company and their HORRIBLE, RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL service (of lack there of...) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
