I bought my Odyssey a few summers ago and had a great sales experience. I come regularly for oil changes and the service is delightful. The gentlemen at the desk are friendly and always inform me when my car needs additional service. Many times i say no but they accept that and provide me a list of recommended services my vehicle may need. The oil change comes with a car wash done by hand and a vacuum. In addition to this, I typically receive emails with coupons!! I have a new driver in the house and will definitely be looking at Honda products in Auburn. Thanks for the years of terrific, friendly service.
