My husband is disabled and was having trouble getting in and out of the tub in the house we just bought, so we had Re-Bath of the Triad install a new shower. It went well. They are really nice people and the customer service was excellent.
The guy that installed it was real nice. I'd go back there and see what he was doing and he would explain it and everything. He came when he was scheduled to and was a very professional worker. He cleaned up everything and put down paper so he wouldn't mess the floor up. The shower looks really good.
The service overall was great. In fact, we had one place where water was coming out under the door. I called them and they came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. Everything is working well now.
