My 4 year old son was very afraid of water. I talked with the receptionist who told me that they would take it very slowly with him. His first lesson was awful. He was dunked underwater TWICE and forced to sit by the pool screaming and crying. The teacher was very tough with him and we will not be returning. It's a shame that this small 30min lesson has given him a greater fear of the water. I truly believe that kids need to have a trust of their teachers. Their behavior with his lessons did not give him that trust at all. I would expect more compassion and understanding for a swimming program geared for children.
