I want to say that everyone at Shane co. made our experience easy, enjoyable and made me want to spend more!! Amber, Britney and Lori (store manager) were amazing. The time and effort Amber put in to helping my fiance with his ring selection and my ring was top notch. Even when she knew we were going to look at Genesis she still continued to help me later over the phone to get exactly what I wanted. Lady at Genesis in Franklin, not so much!
