I called Goodman's Appliance Service when my refrigerator was not dispensing ice. When the service technician arrived, he explained that the only problem that I had was that my ice dispenser was frozen. He informed me that this is a normal problem with a Whirlpool refrigerator and that the repair wouldn't require any replacement parts. The ice was melted and the dispenser is working great!
