We were lied to and deceived by the team at Frank Myers Auto Maxx on Jan 7, 2013! They were very crooked in telling me that they offered an ""estimated tax refund"" deal that would be just that, use your estimated tax refund as a down pmt! When we went in, NOT only is it a ""refund anticipation loan"", but they dont even offer it! I took my fiance with a broken hand and my three children out there just to waste 2 hours to find all of this out! The staff could care LESS about our feelings of deceit and even gave my children popcorn in a GARBAGE BAG! Tracy Myers contacted me the same night with his sincere apologies and assured me the staff would be handled per policy. I do NOT recommend doing business with this team, but i will say Tracy is an asset to the Company.
