I've been going to Mitzi for years. She understands a girls crown and glory. I think she rocks on medium to short hair. She explains why she colors or highlight a haircut. I do believe blondes are her specialty but that's just me. Mine has always been bright and perfect. I would recommend her salon. As of lately I have seen her train some new really creative stylist. Great prices too. \r
