If you're high strung, please avoid this place. My wife and I have been coming to EC&T for well over a decade. The stylists I've encountered over the years are all professionals and adhere to very high standards. Leesa V. should be singled out in particular for her outstanding treatment of customers and the quality of her work. We are consistently greeted by the receptionist with a smile and our appointments run within ten minutes of their scheduled times. I travel across town to get such a good value for my money. Appointments are recommended. As more of their stylists book appointments, it only makes sense to avoid dropping in. If you drop in and have to wait, it's well worth the time and savings. Difficult people would be advised to go elsewhere.
