I had my hair cut somewhere in Knoxville a couple of months ago, and I wanted to return it back to the original shape. Jereece looked at the style of my hair, and did an amazing job - it actually looked better than the original style. She gave me some good advice about blowdrying the style, and styled it just how I like it. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I didn't rush home to wash it and re-style it. I really can't say enough about how spot-on she was with the service, I felt like she listened intently, picked up on what I was trying to say and carried it out exactly as I had requested.\r

I was tempted by a product, but was unsure whether I should buy it because of my budget. Instead of pushing me to get it and spend more, they told me ""it'll still be here on your next visit if you want to wait"". It's the little things like that that make an appointment perfect. I ended up buying it :)\r

I was skeptical of how a place could have such amazing reviews, but it turns out that it's because of their professionalism, skill and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks Breon, I'll certainly be back.
