Editorial review from Citysearch 9/14/2012

On Sept 14, 2012 I went to the Marathon Gas station on the corner of Noble and Euclid. I made a $13.40 purchase was handed my bag and I went home. About fifteen minutes later while checking my purse for the change of this purchase I did not have a dime. For I only had Twenty dollars to my name so I went back to the Gas station and asked the clerk that waited on me for my change o $6.60 and she tried to act like she did not know who I was. There was one of the owners there and I told him what happened and he so much as called me a lair. I asked him to count the drawer down and he would see that she did not give me my change. Instead he called the East Cleveland Police and so did I. Two officers arrived Badge 33 and Badge 130 and I explained what happened. Officer 33 asked what did he want me to do about it and I said get my change and he told me to go home. Come back tomorrow and see if they found my change and then he told me the owner did not want me on his property so I asked him ""then how am I going to get my money if he did not want me on the property."" Officer 130 informed me that it was best I go home rather then be arrested for disorderly conduct. How when I have no reason to lie about $6.60. I was robbed by this business and you mean to tell me I am the one to be arrested? Where is the justice in this matter? NONE!!!!!! I am very upset with this and will never step foot in that station again and as soon as possible I will be moving out of the East Cleveland area where it is legal to rob the people who live here and a police point at that. (like gun point). I have been raped without a condom if every person goes in there is they take money from you they have more rights then you. Now isn't that a BITCH. more
