Sad because you can barley find someone who cares anymore! I saw one of the doctors for my first child, now I'm pregnant with my second and would like to switch doctors. I called when I found out I was pregnant and when I started having pains. Just wanted to seen to make sure everything is ok. They have me the run around for two weeks saying will talk to the dr first and get her approval to switch you to her, but then two weeks later they called to say she can't see you. Just not the level of service you'd expect from such a big practice. Not to mention they gave me hell with my first pregnancy. Kept loosing my FMLA paper work and would take forever to fill it out and send it. Lesson learned!
