I can't actually comment on the quality of their work, because when they quoted me a price of $30.00 + tax to repair the pull loop on a work boot, I simply walked out. I purchased a "Speedy Stitcher" sewing awl for $12.25 with shipping on Amazon and did the repair myself, and still have the tool for any future minor repairs.
