Really bad experience...The owner (""Vivian"") was talking on the phone when I got there and didn't even acknowledge me for over a minute. When she did she acted annoyed that I was there. When I was indecisive about the color I wanted she rolled her eyes and told me to ""stop trying it on your fingers! look at the color through the bottle!"" She rushed through the pedicure (the massage was very good though) and when she applied the color I hated it but felt to intimidated to tell her because she was so rude during my whole visit. I tried Nail Trix because they were convenient, as I was shopping that day at the Galleria, but would NEVER go back again nor would I ever recommend them to a friend solely because of the horrible customer service.
