My family use to love coming here but as of lately the quality of food and service has declined. For example, today we had lunch and had the following issues:\r
1) Served one person's main meal 10 minutes before the others were served\r
2) The fried plantain chips were cold and only a few served\r
3) The salads served were small.\r
4) Both orders of churrasco had 1 plantain each and they were undercooked.\r
5) They set down both orders of churrasco without asking who gets the medium rare cooked one and who gets the medium cooked one... they walked off without helping swap the dinners.\r
6) They forgot to serve one of us the white rice we requested\r
7) The wrong drink was brought for a child. How do you mix up lemonade with a coke?\r

All in all, we will never go back again!
