What started out to be a great experience turned out to be really bad! Bob seemed extremely nice and competent but turns out he is neither. Large wedding party and nearly everyone had at least one serious issue with the tux. Even though Bob measured us personally months in advance nothing was right. The ""tailoring"" consist of tucking huge amounts of material inside and putting very visable hems on both the pants and coat sleeves. I mean we are talking several inches up the pant are these horrible poorly matched stitches. And the coat sleeves don't even get me going! One entire tux in particular was beyond belief - pants were oversized by several inches both in the waist and the hem, the coat sleeves were tucked up and sewn in a way that caused it to gather and rumple badly. Many of the shoe were the wrong size - some shirts wrong - and get this one pair of shoes even had a detached sole. After viewing the shoe with the sole detached from midshoe to the the heel Bob the owner still insist they check each item carefully before they give it to you. If as he said to me they check everything carefully and I take him at his word that they do then I have to assume he really doesn't care about the product he puts out. Oh and don't expect an apology from Bob if you complain. You may instead be asked to leave and offered the choice ""to settle things elsewhere"" as another member of the wedding party found out. Wow - R you kidding me!
