To enjoy a play in nearby Ingram, we reserved a king-sized nonsmoking room on the weekend of July 7, 2012. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Sunday morning, when we had limited time to dress, eat and attend church, the shower's faucet knob came off in my hand and could not be refitted. Within 5 minutes after my call to the front desk, a maintenance man had repaired the knob -- a happy surprise at 7:45 AM on a Sunday.. Not only were we out the door on time, we also enjoyed a free breakfast in the restaurant next door, using a hotel voucher. Although we had to pay for our coffee, the advantage of restaurant service, over the typical hotel's continental breakfast bar, was appreciated. The room rate, obtained from the Best Western website, was competitive with the better hotels in the area. We'll be back soon!
