Last year I purchased 5 items from Jeff Lynch. I am happy with one of them. First, my furniture was delivered in a downpour. My sofa took several days to air out b/c it was not covered. The reaction from the store was that I would have to wait 2 wks for a new sofa. This wasn't possible since we had nowhere else to sit. In addition to the first problem w/ the sofa, I have found that the center cushion deflates and you feel as though you're sitting in a hole. I find Lane furniture to be of poor quality it is not holding up even as good as Rooms to Go furniture does. The second problem is that J. Lynch sells you one thing and then delivers another. They sold me one brand of washer and dryer and then gave me something else. They also did this to my mother, so watch out! Finally, the customer service by salespeople seems to only be good before your purchase, after that their helpfulness goes out the window. I could go on about other problems w/ J.
