OMG! I've stopped at Mayers in the past & received good service & good meats. Yesterday, we stopped and everyone must have taken stupid pills that morning! The girl couldn't figure out how to weigh stuff, tried to offer much under the request & then much over. She didn't seem to understand why the weight might be important to me. There were 3 of them running around behind the counter & running into each other & not really help much of anyone. And, to top it off, they couldn't even tell what cut of meat they had in the counter! Like beef is all just beef, I guess? It will be a while before we go back. I hope someone tries to train the staff!
