I called to order a tow, then called back 10min later to inquire about possible cancellation due to a status change. I got the manager who told me it would be a $45 cancellation charge, as per their policy, and then we were cutoff before I could respond. When I called back he told me he had subsequently rerouted the tow truck. I asked him if he could still come and he told me "I reserve the right to refuse service and I'm doing so to you" which left me quite shocked. Despite repeated requests for him to still come and help me out he refused.\r
Bottom line was that I was left without a tow, with a $45 charge, and insults.\r
If you do business with these guys you might consider bringing your lawyer.
