Creative Hair is a great little business in the center of Pinehurst, just south of the new Safeway on 15th Ave. The owner, Nee, has been there for 17+ years and does an outstanding job. She's very personable, friendly, and has done the best job cutting my hair consistently of anyone I've been to, anywhere I've lived.
