some of the worst service in my life. I will never return and I would never suggest this place to my enemies! I waited for 31 day for my door to be replaced, not a framed straightening just a simple door replacement and painting . I could have deal with that, but every time my insurance company called to get an update there was no return call, and when I asked for an update, there was no information available. After two weeks of waiting for a return call the Insurance company stopped paying for my rental. For weeks we have been waiting on a timeline and I have been told eight different times on eight different days that ???we are working on it,??? but nothing ever happens. I even talked to a manager, Luis, but he only explained that we never give a timeline to the insurance companies, and blamed it on Enterprise. Every time I have been in the office, someone was complaining about something. Do This is the third time I have been to Spectrum Collision, and I don???t know what has changed, but I got yourself a favor and don???t go here, unless you don???t need you car back for several months.
