First, I wanted to comment on the review from ""Stephanie S.""....ummmmm....what state are you from? There are only a handful left in this country that put weight on the driver's license...so...my guess is...you're making shit up! And, if you think 31 W is better...because it's closer to your house...you just let us all know you live in a trailer park! *rolling my eyes...* Anyway, on several occasions over the 5 years, I have had a couple issues with the product I bought, and they were more than happy to assist and do what they could to keep me as a customer. EVERY time I have EVER walked into this business, I have been greeted with friendly smiles and a warm hello...and how's your day been going. While I agree, many places in the south have friendly staff...this one takes the cake! Debi and Jennifer are...without a doubt...COMPLETELY focused on customer service!!! There are other places to get wine...but none of them will make it feel like you're getting your libations from friends. I will...without a shadow of a doubt...continue to patronize this business and would recommend it to everyone!
