I will recommend this travel agency to everybody that I know. Erin , my travel agent , helped me plan the perfect vacation for a Mother/daughters trip. She was very helpful & patient throughout our entire experience. The day before our departure for Mexico I discovered that the resort had put us in a smoking suite..which was not what we wanted. After calling Erin at Legacy , she assured me that they would do everything possible to resolve the issue. Several hours later , I received a call from Erin stating that we had been moved to a non-smoking suite. She was always available to answer questions & to make recommendations. Our vacation was wonderful & exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be using tis travel agency again!
