I made an appt to have surgery and was told that if I cancelled within one week then I wouldn't be charged. That was a lie. I cancelled over a month in advance and was charged $300. I was never told that this was non- refundable. The women tell you to call with any questions. When I did call I felt like I was being given an attitude from them. I'm sorry, this is MY body body. If I have a question, don't get mad. It's your job to answer any questions I may have. They never answered my last couple emails and never called me back when I asked about a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was planning on rescheduling but after those incidents, forget it. I will gladly take my business else where. Unfortunately I never met Dr. Cummings. He can thank his staff for that.
