I had a friend stay at Heritage Oaks for 3 weeks and we got her out! Some of the things that happened are as follows(1) 2 nights she didn't even get a supper tray to eat. Staff never check to see if patients have trays or have ate(2) Saw a staff member open a salad dressing pack with HER TEETH and put the dressing on a patients salad(3) Saw staff members eating a patients meal tray as they were standing in small opening next to the shower room(4)My friend was only given a shower 2 times in 3 weeks.(5) My friends got a major infection in her leg due to dressing not being changed(6) Finally.. my friend was admitted to hospital and the night I went to Heritage Oaks to get her clothes, I found her door closed and something pushed against the door, I pushed hard and found a nurse aid in her room laying her her bed watching her TV..My friend was alert, I am afraid for the patients that are unable to speak!
