This was once a great location. Now it is horrible. After years of going here we are done. My fiance and I went in and it was empty. It took ten minutes for someone to ackowledge us. When we finally had a very inexperienced waiter come over to us, he took our order and then waited until my fiance had to ask him to bring our coffee. Drinks are the first thing you do! The place was freezing like always. The staff was playing around with each other. It was the most uncomfortable experience I had ever had there, and I have been in there when a guy barfed all over the floor! The food was fine but we had to ask for syrup for our waffles. The biggest kick was when we paid. The cashier shorted me $10 thinking I wouldn't notice it. She had a hard time counting out my change and was too busy joking around with the other staff. In short, save yourself the aggrevation and go to a different WH location. We will certainly not be revisiting this one.
