I lived in these apartments for 2 yrs. When we moved in we were promised replacement windows but we never got them. The stove never worked right-we had only 2 burners that we could cook on and the stove even started messing up. The carpet and linoleum was old and the carpet was dirty. We were constantly having problems with the dishwasher. The maintenance man, who was not from America and could barely speak English, had a problem with women. I told him what was wrong with the dishwasher, my brother is an appliance technician and he diagnosed the problem for me, but of course I was wrong because I was a woman. The rent also rent up over $100 during the time we were there. If you are moving out, they won't pro-rate your last days so you have to make sure you move out exactly on the last day of your contract or they charge you for a whole month. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
