Wondering why they can't figure out that if dozens of people are standing in line for 30 or 40 minutes at a ""promotion"" booth, that they're NOT spending money.\r
To have a major promotion, then have only 1 promotion booth open manned by 4 people makes NO sense.\r
I don't like unreasonable lines & will likely limit my gambling at this facility. (The ungoverned payouts are so low at times that it's not worth the drive to the Falls that often, anyway)
