I never write reviews unless one is deserved (either good or bad). I attended a wedding at Hotel ZaZa and Sovereign Services operate the valet. Upon dropping off my truck I informed the valet not to roll the driver's window down as it doesn't roll back up. When I picked up my truck, the window was completely down.
